The trustees of the 5th Testwood Scout Group invite our young people, parents and members of our community to join us on Tuesday 23rd April for our Annual General Meeting.
As well as reviewing our finances for the 2023 year and some of our highlights and successes, we will be awarding badges and awards to our young people, electing our trustees for the coming year and learning about what’s next for the group.
We’re the third largest Scout group in the New Forest Scout District and that means we’re always in need of volunteers to help everything run smoothly. From leaders with our young people to trustees, we need help. If you’re interested in becoming a trustee and representing our parents or wider community, email [email protected] for more information.
Venue: Garland Lodge, Blackwater Drive, Calmore, SO40 2QJ
Date: Tuesday 23rd April 2024, 6pm start.
Refreshments provided
